the breakfast buffet had some decent options.
The pool area wasn't cleaned . Hair accumulated near the loungers. also, the kitchen equipment behind the pool looked pretty dirty. it smelled funny, and i suspect it hadn't been cleaned in ages.

The location is ideal being a short walk to the shops. Staff members spoke excellent English. They were helpful. A complimentary shuttle to the beach was available. I received an upgrade to a pool view room. The mountain view was fine.
I found the room descriptions to be unclear. It was difficult to choose accommodation suitable for my group. We had three people in a small room with limited space.

Prices in the restaurant are good. The food is tasty. I found the staff to be attentive and friendly. Doy and Bib were especially helpful in the restaurant.

The family room was huge! It benefitted from separate beds for the children. The shower was AMAZING!!! It was the best we had in Thailand. The pool is fine.
The hotel food is expensive. They also add a service charge. It is ridiculous since you order at the till. You also have to go up after your meal to pay.

The family room was quite spacious, and it had separate beds for the children, which i really appreciate. the shower was also a highlight. I enjoyed the amazing water pressure. i found the location convenient, a short distance from the main street.

the staff decorated our room with "happy anniversary," a tender touch. air conditioning was excellent. hotel security gave us a sense of complete safety and peace. the comfortable bed offered restful sleep each night.
the hotel room size was too SMALL, making it slightly inconvenient for two people to move around comfortably.
